30-minute solution is a guided, moving meditation,
which provides the physical benefits of exercise and
emotional benefits of meditation.

Easy To Use

The program is easy to use, making it ideal for patients that have a difficult time getting to the rehabilitation facility or are past the period of rehabilitation covered by insurance. All you need is a set of headphones and a CD player or an MP3 player. It is also recommended that patients use a heart rate monitor.

Each Therapeutic Workout Music program combines four key elements and results in a more effective recovery:
  • Relaxation Response: The relaxation response allows patients to clear their minds and lean into the regular, repetitive motion of exercise to facilitate healing at a deeper level.
  • Music: The right music is critical. All of the music is original and written specifically for the patients. It brings back sounds of their younger days when they were young and strong and uses a strong beat to keep movement consistent and motivation high.
  • Coaching: Athletes have known for years that the right coaching can lead to improved performance and facilitate new behaviors. The Cardiac Rehab Exercise CD combines positive reinforcement of lifestyle changes with the relaxation response to ease patients into new choices.
  • Positive Self-talk: What you say to yourself, during any challenge is pivotal to success. Accordingly, we have provided positive self-talk for the patient to get through the workout and the other challenges that recovery brings. When positive self-talk is coupled with the relaxation response, real change can occur quickly and easily.
